Rain Man

Rain Man, is a film about the story of 2 brothers, one of whom suffers from autism, and the other is a young entrepreneur, ambitious with economic problems, the story begins when the father of two dies, and the inheritance is divided between his two sons to the sick guy of autism; Raymond, he inherited 3 million USD and the son 'healthy', Charles, he inherited a convertible car, the ambition of Charles will take him to fight for Raymond’s custody , thereby conserving 3 million dollars, but during his journey will realized that his best friend Rain Man, an imaginary friend, is really Raymond, his brother. In my opinion this is an excellent movie that shows the world from two sights completely different, for one the world means nothing more than money and power, while for the other the world is reduced to the routine already memorized, both ends are totally dangerous for anyone, similarly shows two phases of intelligence, Charles, is a cunning and manipulative young man who always achieves its objectives, but if you look carefully, Raymond is not much different, except for their huge capacity of memory, which in no way can be called intelligence. Speaking precisely of this issue, I think the movie tries to show us how people with autism develop other skills, and we could catalog of geniuses to these people, but for me the ability to Raymond has nothing to do with intelligence, even if this could have known what would happen in the casino, counting the cards, or for example that was faster than the calculator to perform a multiplication, he knew because he had seen it not because he knew what is a multiplication. At the end gives us a great lesson of love, and even when I did not see the end, taking that this is a production of Hollywood, I can imagined, finally I believe that the film shows us two worlds, as I mentioned, that are opposites but, at a crossing point you can realize that they are more similar to what we believe, and that Charlie is so dependent on Raymond as Raymond on Charlie.

Steve Jobs

Well, I found this video fascinating, I think the message is clear, a man who managed to overcome all the obstacles that life gave encourages young people to do what they want, as long as this is what you really love, and never give up, even when everything seems to be against you, continue doing what you like and sooner or later you'll receive your reward. This philosophy I've always tried to do in my life, I do what I love and I have fun doing it, I try to live all my days at most, not thinking that will be my last day, but trying to do something different every day, something that makes me feel proud and well myself, I never regret what I do, for better or for worse this will leave you a lesson, it is very inspiring to listen to someone like Steve Jobs, one of the richest men in the world, talking as he talks, and how him, an adopted child, a young man with many shortcomings, and at some point ill with cancer, managed to overcome everything and reach the peak of success with his two companies, both leaders, apple and Pixar, I therefore reiterate his message, do what you love, and never give up.

About Elephants

Well, I think that the situation of hunting elephants, has become an uncontrollable problem, since very ancient times has seen in the practice a highly profitable business, by the fact that getting ivory, a mineral of great value in the international market, is not easy, so the easiest way appears to be killing without control, thousands and thousands of elephants only by the goodness of their tusks, but this problem, and I must say that I thought that was a controlled problem in a high percentage, but I realize that it was wrong, in fact, the book I'm reading for English class, which is called 'the heart of darkness', even though its main theme is not immoderate hunting of elephants, it’s principal item is the human condition and its vulnerability to fear and obsession, spoke of a man who works in a company that is dedicated to the collection of ivory, where you can see that from very distant eras, the collection of ivory was already a practice very well paid, and so I am more scared of the situation that the practice was seen as something routine, and not only that, the company which was responsible for this, was a very prestigious company and where every sailor hungry for adventure and exploration wanted to work, on the other hand is incredible where you can get up to the ignorance of humans to believe that the horn of a rhino, which is made of his own hair, has healing properties, to finish I think is very important to take care of these two animals that care their own forests, their houses, from forest fires, something that no human 'intelligent' deals done. it was a very good theme.

Well, I really don’t know how to answer this story, I mean, I really prefer other kind of stories, you know, nice stories, love , friendship. But it was really interesting met another kind of stories, another kind of mysterious, real mysterious, real terror, I got really shocked watching this video, because I can’t believe that a man could kill many children, and the form, I think is absolutely shocking, but this kind of story made me reflect about a theory that lost of psychologists said, and I support it, I’m referring, the fact that in the childhood is the key of our destiny, I don’t believe in the destiny that is written, you know, the destiny that all your life is written and everything you do is useless; I refer the fact that in your childhood experiences, are the bases of your life behaviour, in this case is clear, this man was sick, he lost his father, when he was really young, and at final, instead of receive love, he was put in an orphanage, maybe with all of this, he got an obsession with children, because he was trapped by his childhood, but is incredible how a man can eat another man, even more a child, I’d heard that human meat taste is similar to pig meat taste, but I prefer not to experience it, at final, this man got his deserved. The thing I found most interest about this video is that this man was the inspiration to create Hannibal Lecter, who was represented by Sir. Anthony Hopkins, one of my favourite actors, because I love the Cine.

Sherlock Holmes 2nd part

In this time the two stories i have chosen are The Devil's foot and the Creeping Man, this two stories were my favorite because of their mysterius and the strange of the cases

The main characters are sherlock Holmes and Watson, and in each story are mister Treggenis, Mr Roundhay, and mister Sterndale.In the second story are Mister Bennet and professor Presbury.

The first sttory is about the first ocation that Sherlock was sick, after a lot of time working he felt really nervous because of his health, so he decided to take a holidays with Dr. Watson, his best friend, they went to a little town, and stay in a little house, here they found a very interesting case, the case of the the Devil's foot, the case was that a woman named Brenda had died, this was a terrible death because of the type of death, so Holmes and Watson began to investigate, while they were investigating a strange man, went until they were, this man was a kind of lion hunter, he was an african man, and he was really worried about the Brenda's death, the crime had a very interesting clues, for example the air, the fire, and the face of Brenda, that was with a scared face. by the next day , something terrible happen, Mister Treggenis died as the same form as Brenda, this was really suspicious, at first they thought tahat mister Treggenis killied Brenda and himself, so they went to Mr Treggenis' apartment and did an experiment, with this they discovereed the Evil's Foot that was a kind of drug that with the air and fire, made that the people can't breathe well, suddenly the hunter arrived and tell his story, but Holmes didn't believe his version, after that the hunter said that he and Brenda were in loved, and Mr Treggenis killed Brenda, and this was the reason that mede him killed Mr Treggenis, when Holmes Knew this version instead of arrested him, he let him in free, maybe because Holmes Knew that Mr Treggenis deserved his death.

In the second Story, The Creeping man, Holmes and Watson investigate a strange case, this happen because a dog that was a good dog began to be bad, and bit to its owner, the case was that a proffesor named Presbury began to change, this man was old he had 61 years, and at the age of 60, he fell in love and get married with the collegue'daughter, she was very young. The strange of the case wast that since his travel to Pregue he became to somebody different, his dog didn't want him, this proffesor received a letters, very strange letters, and each 9 days he became that strange man. Holmes suspected that this was a kind of drug, and was the reason that he behave like a monkey, when they went to the proffesor's appartment dicover, taht all was true, the proffesor take the drug each 9yh nigth, the reason was that this camed from a man named Lowenstein was helpin the proffesor to get younger and have a good relationship with his wife.

As a conclusion I chose this two stories because were similar, the crime was a love's reason, i like this two stories specially the first because talk of Holmes as a man that get sick, and get tired like a normal man, so Holmes in my opinion became a man in this two stories and not a superhero, that was why i chose this two incredible stories.

Sherlock HOLMES

Sherlock Holmes by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle who was born at Picardy Place, Edinburgh, British writer, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, who is the best-known detective in literature, this book is about crime stories, where Sherlock is the detective, mistery and fail are the main characteristics.

The three Stories I chose are my favorite because has a lot of fail and mistery things, and They Are, Silver Blaze, The Final Problem and the Empty house, where the main characters are the detective Sherlock Holmes and his friend and trainee Dr. Watson, The principal Holmes' enemy Professor Moriarty, all is situated in Lndon, XIX century, principaly in the Baker Street where Holmes lived.

The crimes that Holmes was solving in this three chapters are, a horse robe, and an assasination, and in the second chapter the adventure in the capture or Moriarty, in Rainchenbarch falls.

The first story, Silver Blaze is about a robe of ahorse and the death of the horses's trainor, Silver Balaze was a racehorse, who is stoled, and it's propierty is a Colonel. The case is very amazing because in all the chapter you think the murder probably is Simpson, the youth who the police thoght is the responsible, or maybe you can think the muurder is the Colonel, perhaps, but at final the only true is that the trainor wanted money to pay his creditors, and he took the horse to another place to stake another horse and win some money, this was a very interesting case i like it so much, but i think that this storie can be mare amazing if Sherlock get wrong or something like that because is true that he is the best detective, but it is some strange that in a few seconds he solved this case. The second is The Final Problem; my favourite chapter, because in this Sherlock got into real problems, his life is endangered, his enemy wanted his death, and for a moment you thought is the Holmes' final, I mean this story is about The adventure in Raichenbarch falls, Holmes and Watson went there, first because Holmes was some strange and a little afraid, a very strange attitude to Holmes, so he moved from Londonto Switzerland I remember, but at first he ordered Watson send the suitcases to Paris, with this Professor Moriarty would be confused; but as Sherloch said Moriarty was the principal brain of the European crime, and he had a lot of allies in all Europe; so a man told Holmes and Watson that they must go to the falls, and they did that, but here was Moriarty, and Sherlock fought with him and both fell down the falls. With this and Watson's words i really thought Holmes was death, but in fact i thought too, that was the best final to Holmez, I mean after years of crmes cases, solved, and with London more pacific and a better place, the think that Holmes needed to be alegend was that, His death and the Moriarty's death, with this Holmes' mision was complete.

The last storie, The Empty house, was a very strange chapter, i don't know, i was very amazing and i was very excited by the last chapter, and i really didn't know what would happen in the next chapter, but i thought that would be a chapter about other adventures before the Holmes' death, but instead of that this Chapter was about the "Holmes' resurection", At first the story bagan with other criminal case, the death of Ronald Adair, and Watson was trying to remember Holmes' methods to solve this case, but in the middle he discovered that Holmes was alive. Holmes narrated him how did he scape from the death, a very incredible story, but Holmes was very clever, so, he put a wax sattue of him in his apartment in Baker street to confuse hid enemies principaly the Moriarty's allies, and guess what the person who tried yo kill Holmes in his apartment with a rifle, was the same who killed Adair, a very expedient final.

As The conclusion. I can say that i enjoy a lot this first part of the book, it has a lot of adventures, unwaited situations, crime cases, mistery, and the "gentlemode" of Holmes, I had't read a real version of Holmes yet, until this book, and I have to say that I like it a lot. There is only one thing that I didn't like, and it was the fact that Holmes seemed idestructible, but well this was a novelty in Doyle's age, but in general I Found it excellent in this first part.

The swallow was very surprised by the prnce's attitude so she decided to stayed there with the prince, -I've seen a mother with hier sick son, please take her the ruby of my sword.-The swallow took it to the mother, but the cold was so far, because was winter, When the swallow arrived the prince told her.- I've seen a very poor writer, please take one of my sapphire eye and take it to the writer.-¡oh no if i make that yo won't see ok!, but the prince insisted, so the swallow took the sapphire to the writer and saw he was a very bad man, so he cried by the prince's eye,-Please little swallow took my last eye to a little phosphorus seller girl,-But you won't see never more'- said the swallow, but the prince insisted, and she took it to the girl, -Now little swallow take each gold part of my body to each poor person in the town, all that night the swallow did, but with the cold, the swallow dead in the prince's feet, The prince cried again, by the swallow. The next day when the mayor looked the statue, ordered, to destroy it. It's so ugly, destroy it, - told the mayor, When they took the satue to the fire, all of him melt, except his heart. So far from ther the fairy's queen asked to a fairy to take her the two most beautiful things in the world , The fairy took a long time, but one day she returned and gave to the queen the caring heart of the prince and the little swallow.

This is a really strange notice but it's true a man is pregnant, this notice talk about a 34 man who is married, with a girl that can't have babies, but her husband cans, because he borned as a boy but he felt as a man, so she decided to became a man, she began to take man's hormones, but she still has her womb, only there is a difference nowadays she is a man, so the couple decided that as the wife can't have babies, the husband will be pregnan't. The movie was about a man named H.i who was a thief, he felt in love of a woman named Ed she is a police woman, they got married and since this moment thei lives changed, they had a lot of mishaps in his adventure to get a baby, because they couldn't't have one from them and they couldn't adopt because he had criminal record so the first thing they did is try to kidnap a baby from a rich men named Nathan Arizona, a furniture seller, Nathan had 5 babies, so they only tried to kidnap one, Nathan Junior, but it was very difficult because the babies were very noisy and mischievous, when they had kidnaped the baby , H.i. tried to rob a minisuper, to have the "huggies" to the baby, but the storekeeper called the police and he had to scape, but he felt down, one and other time, almost crashed, until his wife save him, another adventure was, when he received a visit from his old partners, who discovered they kidnaped a baby; so, they had a kind of fight because anyone Knew how to do it, This two friends tried to rob a bank, but they were terrible to do it, and the maney they got were painted, when this two guys took the baby and went to rob a minisuper first, they forgot twice the baby in the middle of the road, was another character a bad man who wanted the reward of the baby, he had a very fun fight with H.i until H.i. made work a bomb that the bad man had in his waistcoat, finally Ed and H.i. returned the baby without forget their dreams of have a baby, The three things most significant to me were, When H.i Gave the ring to ed, when the two guys forgot the baby in the middle of the road, and the final when they took the baby to his home, and they showed their better part of their persons, and even when they were criminals they had dreams, feelings and a big heart like all the people

Well, i like too much this page, and the video, it's very interesting know what are in the sky, and each time i watch something like that , i remember the small we are, in this march is so amazing wait the equinox, because only one time in the year this happens, the stars and constellations are two themes i like principaly because i can't imagine the imagination the ancient people had to see in the satrs their gods, thats incredible, specially because nowadays we only see the satrs like something more in the sky, unfortunately the pollution makes as the video says, that we can't see all this spectacular stars, so i think is very important to keep our planet to can be enjoyig this kind of shows.

Hi, i think this is a very interesting new, tin this you can find how does an oscar is made of, It's amazing know that first they do from 2 different metals, then they put it in copper, then in fit, then silver and last, they cover them with gold of 24k, i cose this new because mi love the films, and one of my dreams is to win an oscar, i mean who don't have this dream?, but it's very interesting that they use 6 different kind of metal to get that bright, this year is tehe 80 st oscar awards, this new says too taht there is an expo, beside the kodak theater, where you can find some of the statues that will be give in the february 24's night, i think the oscars are still very precciate, but maybe they are endangered, because the protests of the film's writers, and the fact that the prize are well win or not, but the only true is that the oscar is one of trhe most watched events in the world, and the magic of the films are still present What do you think????
